If you just became a member, wait about an hour before filling out this form. All you will need is to put your La Quinta member ID number and last name to receive your free 300 points.

Free rooms start off at 6,000 rewards points. La Quinta is a good place to stay if you travel a lot. Each time you stay at La Quinta you will earn 10 points per dollar spent. There are 3 rewards levels with La Quinta:
- Silver (10 points per dollar spent)
- Gold (20% bonus points, per dollar spent)
- Elite Membership (30% bonus points, per dollar spent)
As soon as you register with La Quinta you will be at the Silver membership level. After 10 paid nights in a calendar year you then advance to Gold and after 25 paid nights in a calendar year, you will advance to the top tier of Elite Membership. If for some reason you don’t want the free stays, then you can exchange your La Quinta rewards into other airline miles or gift cards.
